摘　　要：在审视当前经济法课程建设所存在的问题的基础上,提出要通过教材内容的重构和教学方法的创新,来带动经济法课程建设的变革。On the basis of the survey on the problems of the curriculum construction of Economic Law,the article puts forward that we should promote the reform of the curriculum construction of tne courses of ＂Economic Law＂ through reconstruction of the content of the textbook and the innovation of the teaching methods.
