摘 要:为探讨固态发酵中不同碳氮源对黑曲霉解磷效果的影响,采用碳酸氢钠浸提-钼锑抗比色法,以磷酸三钙为磷源,葡萄糖、纤维素和淀粉为外加碳源,硫酸铵、尿素和硝酸钠为外加氮源,取试验筛选的1株黑曲霉为菌种进行试验。结果表明,在麸皮发酵中,加淀粉、纤维素的培养基发酵液中的有效磷含量相对无外加碳源的对照培养基有效磷含量可分别增加0.77、0.51g/kg。在稻壳发酵中,加淀粉、葡萄糖的发酵液中有效磷含量可分别增加26.32、15.23g/kg,分别增加了4.3、2.5倍;加硫酸铵、尿素的发酵液中有效磷含量略有减少,加硝酸钠的发酵液中有效磷含量可增加4.60g/kg。在玉米芯发酵中,加淀粉、葡萄糖的发酵液中有效磷含量分别可增加8.20、12.23g/kg;外加的氮源各组有效磷含量均有减少,其中加尿素可使有效磷含量减少10.70g/kg。To investigate different carbon and nitrogen sources on the dissolving effect of Aspergillus niger in the solid-state fermentation,using Bicarbonate Extract-Mo-Sb resistance assay,taken tricalcium phosphate as phosphorus source,added glucose,cellulose and starch respectively as sole carbon source and ammonium sulfate,urea,sodium nitrate as sole nitrogen source,taken Aspergillus niger as bacteria,experiment was carried out.The results indicated that in bran fermentation,the content of available phosphorus increased by 0.77 and 0.51 g/kg respectively in the fermentation medium which plus starch and cellulose as carbon sources compared with control medium in rice husk fermentation,the content of available phosphorus increased by 26.32 and 15.23 g/kg in the fermentation medium which plus starch and glucose as carbon sources compared with control medium,respectively 4.3 and 2.5 fold increased.The content of available phosphorus increased by 4.60 g/kg in the fermentation medium which plus sodium nitrate as nitrogen source compared with control medium.The content of available phosphorus decreased a lot in the fermentation medium which plus sulfate and urea as nitrogen source.In corncob fermentation,the content of available phosphorus increased by 8.20 and 12.23 g/kg respectively in the fermentation medium which plus starch and glucose as carbon sources compared with control mdeium.Each group which plus nitrogen sources had a decline content of available phosphorus,the content of available phosphorus decreased by 10.70 g/kg in the fermentation medium which plus urea as nitrogen source.
