摘　　要：Apelin是G蛋白耦联受体APJ的天然配体。Apelin/APJ信号在人与动物组织中广泛分布。近十年来,尽管apelin的外周功能研究已取得了较快的进展,但对其中枢功能研究却明显滞后。本文介绍近年来在apelin中枢功能研究方面所取得的进展。Apelin is the endogenous ligand of putative receptor protein related to the angiotensin receptor AT1 （APJ） receptor.The distribution of apelin/APJ signals is widespread in human and animal tissues.Although rapid progress has been made in the peripheral roles of apelin,its central neural function remains unclear.In this paper we reviewed the physiological function of apelin in the central nervous system.
