摘　　要：This paper summarizes and criticizes the researches on Internet English curriculum resources in China from the following 3 aspects： the characteristics and significances; the exploitation and integration; and practice and investigation. The sumarrization shows that the related researches need to be deepened theretically and empirically so as to improve and promote the practice of the curriculum resourses modern technology have brought.本文从网络英语课程资源的特点及意义，资源的开发与整合，资源应用调查等三方面整理了网络英语课程资源的相关研究。结果发现：研究还需从理论和实证两方面追行深化，以引导英语教师和学习者更合理、充分地利用现代技术为英语教学提供课程资源。
