四川民族地区区域经济协调发展路径研究——以阿坝州、甘孜州、凉山州为例

摘　　要：从经济总量、人均经济水平、经济增长速度方面分析四川民族地区区域经济发展差异,认为促进区域经济协调发展应从以下方面入手:积极发挥区域资源优势、加强交通网络建设、积极发展教育事业、继续实施倾斜性的扶持政策,以及形成区域协调发展的法制机制。The present paper investigates the disparity in the regional economic development in Sichuan minority concentrated regions from the aspects of economic aggregate, per capita economical level and economic growth rate. The paper proposes that the following countermeasures be employed to promote the balanced regional economic development ： giving full play to regional resource advantage, enhancing the construction of traffic network, developing education, implementing the inclined pro- poor policy and building the legal system for balanced regional development.
