摘　　要：二战结束后,日本经济迅速崛起,其中教育起到了举足轻重的作用,特别是高等教育的作用更加不容忽视。我国正处在改革开放、经济大发展时期,对战后日本高等教育改革与发展的探析,可以为我国21世纪的高等教育改革与发展提供有益的启示。After World War II, the education played a pivotal role in the rapid rise of Japanese economy, and in particular the role of higher edueation eould not be ignored. China now is in a period of reforming ＆ opening up and in a rapid development of economy, this paper discusses that it a revelation to the reform and development of our higher education in the 21st century by means of analyzing the reform and development of post - war Japanese higher education.
