摘　　要：中小企业在社会生活和国民经济的发展中具有十分重要的作用。蓝海战略理论不同于传统的中小企业发展理论。在综述传统中小企业发展战略的基础上,本文介绍了蓝海战略的理论框架,并分析了我国中小企业实施蓝海战略的必要性,最后依据实例说明了中小企业实施蓝海战略走向发展的具体思路。Medium-sized and small enterprises play an important role in the development of social life and national economy. Blue ocean strategy differs from traditional development theories of medium-sized and small enterprises. On the basis of summarizing traditional medium-sized and small enterprises development strategies, the paper introduces the theoretical frame of blue ocean strategy and analyzes the necessity of implementing blue ocean strategy for medium-sized and small enterprises in China. Finally, it brings forward the specific thinking over the development of medium-sized and small enterprises with examples.
