摘 要:教育实习是体育教育专业教育计划的主要组成部分,是培养合格的中小学体育教师的必经阶段。但是,目前我国体育教育实习时间短而集中、形式单一,实习指导不力以及先理论后实践的错误假设造成了实习功能的萎缩,从而直接导致了教师教育理论和实践之间的脱节,影响了人才培养的质量。基于此,本研究构建一个从大一到大四都有教育实习或者见习的全程化教育实习模式,通过任职前教育为体育教育专业学生提供更为真实的情景,期望能够解决教育理论与实践相脱节的问题,减少新手教师适应期,从而为大学与中小学的合作以及体育教育专业学生实践能力的提高提供一个借鉴。The educational practice is an important form of PE school's education plan. It's a key stage for training qualified P.E. teachers in primary and secondary schools. But in China for the time is short and centralize,only one form, poor guide and theory first practice second wrong hypothesis which lead to education practice function's wither. At the same time it leads to the Theory be divorced from practice. Have a bad effect on teacher's foster quality. Construction of a model from freshman to graduating all have educational practice, educational apprentice can offer a truth education occasional and facilitation teacher's theory and practice unifies, Reduce the back grounding of new teachers. Therefore it provides an advice in the cooperative between college and elementary and middle schools and improve practice ability of P.E. specialty student.
