摘  要:目的:探讨大肠癌组织中树突状细胞(DC)的浸润情况,了解局部组织的免疫状态对大肠癌发生发展的影响。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例大肠癌组织及癌旁组织中的S100蛋白的表达情况,并且计数大肠癌组织和癌旁组织的S100+DC的浸润数量。结果:大肠癌组织中浸润的S100+DC细胞数明显少于癌旁组织(10.28±2.10个/mm2和17.64±1.40个/mm2;P<0.01)。S100+DC的浸润数量分别在分化好、未侵及浆膜以及无淋巴结转移的大肠癌中显著多于分化差、侵及浆膜以及有淋巴结转移的大肠癌(S100+DCs细胞数:20.16±7.38个/mm2和15.68±4.54个/mm2,19.89±6.70个/mm2和16.50±4.53个/mm2,20.94±8.58个/mm2和14.52±4.28个/mm2;均P<0.01)。结论:大肠癌中S100+DC的浸润密度的研究有助于了解机体局部抗肿瘤免疫在肿瘤发展中所发挥的作用。Objective:To investigate the infiltration of S100 -positive dendritic cells (DC) in colorectal cancers and observe the effect of local immunity on the development of colorectal cancers. Methods:The expression of S100 was detected by immunohistochemical S -P method in 60 cases of colorectal cancers and tumor adjacent tissues. The number of S100 DC was counted in the tumor and tumor adjacent tissues. Results:The number of S100 + DC was significantly less in colorectal carcinoma than in tumor - adjacent ( 10.28 ± 2. 10/mm^2 vs 17.64 ± 1.40/mm^2 ; P 〈 0.01 ). The number of S100 + DC was significantly more in the well - differentiated, non - serosal invasion and non lymph node metastasis than the poor- differentiated, serosal invasion and lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer, respectively ( the number of S 100 + DC : 20.16 ± 7.38/mm^2 vs 15.68 ± 4.54/mm^2, 19.89 ± 6. 70/mm^2 vs 16.50 ±4.53/mm^2 ,20.94 ± 8.58/mm^2 vs 14.52 ± 4.28/mm^2 ; all P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:The study about the infiltration density of S100^+ DC is helpful in understanding the local immuni- ty on the development of colorectal cancer.
