摘　　要：【目的】探索胚胎停止发育的环境、心理危险因素,为有效预防提供理论依据。【方法】采用医院为基础的病例对照方法,自制调查表对来院就诊确定为胚胎停止发育的病例200例和胚胎发育正常者312例为对照进行问卷调查,运用单因素和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。【结果】单因素分析发现胚胎停止发育与生活习惯(孕前饮酒、饮咖啡、饮茶、吸烟等)以及职业环境和家庭环境因素(噪声、振动、粉尘、电离辐射等)以及心理状况(性格、情绪控制力等)有关;多因素分析显示:职业(OR=0.876)、胚胎停发经历(OR=3.951)、性格(OR=6.017)、饮咖啡(OR=3.021)、吸烟(OR=5.132)、电磁辐射(OR=0.197)是主要影响因素。【结论】胚胎停止发育由多因素作用导致,职业与家庭环境、个人饮食和生活习惯、以及心理状况起重要作用。[Objective] To explore the influential environmental and psychological factors affecting embryonic arrest. [Methods] In this ease-control study, a questionnaire is used to investigate the influential factors of embryonic arrest. 200 cases and 312 controls were involved in this study, and univariate and multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the datasets. [Results] Univariate analysis showed that occupation, noise, shaking, dust and ionization in the working and family environment as well as the psychological condition including personal character and emotional control were associated with embryonic arrest. Multivariate regression analysis reviewed that major factors including occupation, the experience of embryonic arrest, drinking coffee, smoking, and house decoration, electromagnetic radiation were associ- ated with embryonic arrest. [Conclusions] Embryonic arrest is caused by multiple factors, working and family environment, personal living habit, psychological condition play an essential role in it.
