摘　　要：陀思妥耶夫斯基的《卡拉马佐夫兄弟》是一部震撼人心的文学经典,后世作出了许多深邃的哲学诠释。在该书中,"宗教大法官"等数章节更是通过主人公们之间的对话不断推进对上帝存在、善与恶、自由与幸福等问题的深度考量。在探讨上帝存在问题的背后是陀思妥耶夫斯基对人的存在问题的深切观照,而自由又是人的存在问题的核心所在,是贯穿于这系列问题的或隐或显的一条线索,它构成了伊凡对阿辽沙、宗教大法官对再世基督双重拷问的内在主题。The Brothers Karamazov is an influential literature classic, in which through the talk of heroes, such chapters as ＂Religious Judge＂ constantly push forward the deep reflection on questions of god existence, good and evil, freedom and happiness etc. Behind the discussion of the question of God existence is Dostoyevsky＇ s deep concern with the question of human＇ s existence, Furthermore, freedom is also the core of the question of human＇ s existence , an implicative clue through the sires of questions. It constitutes the internal subject of the double enquiries of Yifan to Haliaosha and religious judge to rebirth Christ.
