摘　　要：卫生专业技术资格考试是我国卫生领域组织规模最大，参加考试人数最多的国家级考试之一。10年以来，卫生专业技术资格考试无论从考试规模、开考专业、考试方式、考试组织等方面都取得了长足的进步和发展。本文在阐述翌生专业技术资格考试10年发展的基础上，对未来卫生专业技术考试需要进一步完善的方面，如加强实践评价，扩大交流和促进国内外资格互认等发展方向进行了探讨。National Health Professional Technical Certification Examination （NHPTCE） is one of the important national examinations in health area considering its largest organizational scale and a vast sum of participants. For decades, the great progress and development has been made in terms of test size, test specialty setting, test methods and test organizations for NHPTCE. Based on the development of past decades, this paper discusses the prospect for the future of NHPTCE as well. For example, NHPTCE should make more effort on strengthening the practice evaluation, and extending the international communication in order to accelerate the health professional certification＇s global recognition.
