摘  要:目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术对高度近视手术前后眼调节力变化。方法回顾2008年1月至2009年6月采用激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗高度近视患者126例212眼,观察术前最佳矫正视力及术后6个月裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力。结果术前最佳矫正视力与术后最佳矫正视力百分比进行比较P〈0.05有显著的差异性。结论准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗高度近视,具有疗效确切,稳定性、预测性高,损伤较小,视力恢复快,不引起角膜上皮的过度增生,术后反应轻微、无术后疼痛或角膜上皮下混浊等优点,已经成为治疗近视的主要方法。手术虽有短暂的单眼调节幅度下降,但随着时间的延长和适应及锻练调节幅度也逐渐恢复至术前戴镜水平。Objective To evaluate excimer laser in situ keratomileusis for high myopia on eye-accommodation changes after surgery. Methods From January 2008 to 2009 June, laser in situ keratomileusis for high myopia were observed 126 cases of 212 preoperative and postoperative best corrected visual acuity 6 months visual acuity, best corrected visual acuity. Results The preoperative best corrected visual acuity and best corrected visual acuity compared the percentage of significant differenceP 〈 0. 05. Conclusion The excimer laser in situ keratomileusis for high myopia, with effective, safe, stable, predictable high damage smaller, faster vis- ual recovery, does not cause corneal epithelial hyperplasia, mild postoperative reaction, no postoperative pain or corneal haze, etc, have become the main method for treatment of myopia. Although short-term monocular surgery decreased amplitude of accommodation, but with time and the rate of adaptation and adjustment workout gradually recovered to the level of preoperative glasses.
