摘　　要：介绍了发掘国有企业离退休科技人员潜力的重要性和紧迫性,阐述了发挥离退休科技人员作用中存在的问题,提出了发挥离退休科技人员作用的建议。This paper introduces the importance and urgency of unlocking the potential of retired sci-tech personnel of state-owned enterprises, expounds some problems existing in giving full play to the functions of retired sci-tech personnel, and puts forward some suggestions on giving full play to the functions of retired sci-tech personnel.
