频谱仪中频滤波器的探究

摘　　要：简述了频谱仪的原理、作用,分析了其中频滤波器的带宽、形状因数与仪器分辨率、噪声、扫描速度的关系,以期为精确使用频谱仪提供经验。This paper briefly describes the principles and functions of spectrometer, and makes the analysis on the relationships among band width, form factor, instrumental resolution, noise and scanning speed of IF filter for providing some experiences for the accurate use the spectrometer.
