58例乳腺癌的保乳手术临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨早期乳腺癌保乳手术的适应证及近期疗效。方法我院自2000年1月至2006年12月,采用保乳治疗乳腺癌58例,术后依据淋巴结有无转移,雌、孕激素受体及cerbB-2表达情况给予相应的放疗、化疗及内分泌治疗。结果全组随诊20～70个月,局部无复发,1例出现腰椎转移。结论保乳治疗早期乳腺癌是可行的且美容效果好。Objective To study the operative compatibility and the clinical effects of breast conserving surgery for early-stage breast cancer. Methods 58 early-stage breast carcinoma patients received breast-conserving surgery during Janury 2000 and December 2006. Adjuvant chemotherapy, irradiation or endocrine therapy was given sequentially after operation according to the expressions of ER,PR and Her-2. Results The chemotherapy and irradiation therapy was finished favorably in 58 patients. No death and local recurrence during 20 - 70 months follow-up. And only one spine metastasis happenned. Conclusion Besides satisfactory appearance, conservative surgery was feasible in the treatment of some early-stage breast carcinoma.
