摘　　要：抄袭现象屡禁不止,本文从学术类期刊编辑在应对论文抄袭中所应发挥的作用出发,阐述了编辑如何在日常工作中去发现抄袭行为,以及在日后的工作中如何总结经验杜绝此类现象的继续发生,使抄袭行为的危害降至最小。Paper plagiarism phenomenon in academic journals is pervasive. Editors in academic journals play important role on eliminating paper plagiarism .We propose some advices how to find out paper plagiarism in routine work and how to summarize experience about stop this kind of phenomenon from continuing in the future work.These advises will make hazardness of paper plagiarism phenomenon droping the smallest.
