医院业务收入结构与医疗费用增长的控制对策

摘　　要：目的了解影响业务收入增加因素及费用构成情况,合理控制医疗费用的上涨。方法应用多元函数分析法,对2008～2009年医院业务收入进行分析。结果医院收入增长的主要因素是医疗费用的上涨。因此,文章对费用的构成作进一步分析,找出费用上涨原因,指导医院采取多种措施控制医疗费用。Objective To analyse factors of hospital revenue and cost structrure, and control health cost increase. Methods Using multiple ruction analysis, evaluate the hospital revenue in the year 2008-2009. Results The main factor resuhing revenue increase is the rise of medical cost. This article tries to further analyse the cost structure and identify the cause of cost increase in the purpose of controlling medical cost with various strategies.
