摘　　要：报告1例17岁女性患者的牙中牙根管治疗失败后,行根尖手术治疗根尖周病损。3个月后复查,瘘管消除,X线片显示根尖周愈合良好。After the failure of root canal treatment, a 17-year-old female received apical surgery for her maxillary left lateral incisor, which was a dens in dente with a sinus and large periapical lesion.Three months after treatment, the fistula disappeared and the radiograph revealed a satisfactory wound healing.
