摘　　要：拉曼光谱是一种散射光谱,通过对光谱的分析,可以了解物质的分子组成和结构。拉曼光谱技术已广泛应用于牙体硬组织分子信息的分析,使各类研究中对牙体硬组织的认识得以深入。该文就拉曼技术的发展及近年来拉曼光谱在牙体硬组织分子信息分析的进展作一综述。Raman spectroscopy is a kind of scattered spectrum, through which we can analyze the molecular composition and structure of a subject. Raman spectroscopy has been widely applied in molecular analysis of dental hard tissue, which greatly enhanced our understanding of dental hard tissues. This article will review the development of Raman technique and advances of molecular analysis of dental hard tissue by Raman spectroscopy.
