摘　　要：目的:分析胶质瘤的MRI环形强化特征,并与病理学表现进行对照研究。方法:回顾性分析76例经手术病理证实的胶质瘤的MRI环形强化特征及其病理学表现。结果:76例胶质瘤中55例增强扫描呈厚薄不一的不规则环状、花环状、花瓣状强化,病灶的边缘可见星芒状强化,以白质侧为著,胶质母细胞瘤可见壁结节及瘤周结节。结论:胶质瘤的MRI环状强化表现与瘤体内的病理改变密切相关,认真分析其特征有助于术前明确诊断及预后评价。Objective：To analyze the features of MRI ring enhancement, and compare them with pathologic findings. Methods： The MRI features and pathologic findings of 76 glioma lesions confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Manifestation of glioma after contrast administration, the lesions of 55 cases in 76 cases showed irregular ring like or petal like enhancement with varied thickness. Star-like rays enhancement were found around the lesions, sometimes intramural nodules or nodules surrounding the tumor could also be found in glioblastoma tumors. Conclusion：The imaging and pathology manifestations of glioma are closely correlated,to study and analyze the MRI features carefully is helpful for the preurgieal diagnosis and prognosis prediction.
