基于半参数回归模型的多区域单倍体型与纵向性状关联分析

摘  要:由于影响复杂性状的有些基因组单体型是有时间效应的,因此对复杂性状与基因组单体型的关联分析应该考虑时间效应。Zhang等提出的半参数模型不能直接应用于基因组单体型的分析。本文在Zhang等提出的分析纵向数据的半参数模型基础上,把模型的参数固定效应用来拟合单倍体型和其他固定协变量效应,时间效应通过二次可微函数来拟合,参数的估计按照Zhang等的方法,采用似然比检验来检验单倍体型效应。通过对我们升级的方法与一般的混合模型Haplo.stats和FAMHAP的htr模型进行模拟比较,证实对动态性状通过考虑多次采样数据的时间效应比对单次采样更能提高单倍体型效应的检出率。我们把这种半参数回归模型研究猪具有多胎的繁殖记录与MMP1和MMP10基因的单倍体型分析中。In view of some haplotypes of genes which have different time effect on complex trait, it should be considered the time effect for testing the association between the traits and haplotypes of genes. In view that the semiparametric model which was brought forward by Zhang et al can not directly carry out to genome haplotype analysis, therefore, based on the semiparametric model to research on the longitudinal trait of Zhang et al, we treated the haplotype and other covariates as fix effect and used a twice-differentiable smooth function to model the time effect. The parametric was estimated according to Zhang et al. In addition, we used likelihood ratio to test the haplotypes effect. Through comparing this semiparametric model and common linear mixed model to analyze the haplotype, it is more appropriate to consider the repeated traits than single dot. We used this semiparametric model to analyze the association between the porcine reproduction which has repeated record and the haplotypes of two genes MMP1 and MMP10.
