摘　　要：农产品安全首先是产地环境的安全。利用空间信息技术对农产品产地环境进行高效管理,并对产地环境状况进行科学评价和安全预警是保证农产品高效安全生产的基础。本文以上海市为例,利用ASP.NET2.0、Web-GIS和SQL Server数据库管理技术,研发了农产品产地环境安全预警数据库。该系统基于网络和面向对象技术建立了分布式、可扩展和多用途的产地环境数据库,实现了农产品产地环境信息的数字化管理,特别是基于国家各类标准的产地环境安全状况评价及结果的可视化表达,为产地环境安全预警管理提供了有效的技术手段。It is essential for the safety of locality environment of agricultural products to ensure the agricultural product. To meet the need of safety monitoring and forewarning for agricultural products, it is prerequisite for efficient management and scientifie evaluation of locality enviromnent information by using advance spatial information technology. In this paper, the development of the forcewarning database of locality environmental safety, taking Shanghai for instance, based on the integration of ASP.NET2.0, Wcb-CIS and SQL Server are provided. This dispatched, extendible and multipurpose system, which digitalized the management of environmental information of farmlands, was designed as a web-based and object-oriented platform. Especially, the evaluation according to the various national standards of locality environmental safety and the visualized expression of comparison results could provide an effective way to forewarn and manage the locality environmental safety of agricultural products.
