摘　　要：利用计算机、传感器技术和无线通信,设计了用于PCB电镀电流检测的无线传感器网络监测系统.该监控系统以NRF9E5单片机为无线传感器节点核心,运用霍尔电流传感器和检测电路的设计,实现了无线传感器节点与计算机的无线通信.A kind of wireless sensor network integrating computer technology,sensory technology and wireless communications is designed for monitoring electroplating current of PCB.This monitoring system adopts the NRF9E5 microcontroller as the center of the wireless sensor node,the Hall current-sensor and design of the detection circuit.The system implements wireless communication between wireless sensor nodes and computers.Experimental results show that the system is practicable,cost-effective and reliable.
