摘  要:采用烟曲霉(Aspergillus fumigatus)菌丝球吸附水中的富里酸,研究了不同菌丝球培养条件(培养时间、保存时间、培养基成分和葡萄糖浓度)对烟曲霉菌丝球吸附富里酸的影响。结果表明,烟曲霉菌丝球对富里酸有较好的吸附效果;菌丝球培养时间及菌体老化程度对菌丝球吸附富里酸有很大影响;葡萄糖浓度过高或过低时都不利于菌丝球对富里酸的吸附,适宜葡萄糖质量浓度为10g/L;蔗糖可以作为烟曲霉菌丝球的优质培养碳源。研究表明,用10g/L的葡萄糖培养3 d后,新鲜烟曲霉菌丝球对富里酸的吸附性能较好,吸附质量比为5.79mg/g。The fungal mycelial pellets of Aspergillus fumigatus was used for the removal of fulvic acid from aqueous solution. The effects of culture age, mycelial pellets preservation time and different nutrition-cultured mycelial pellets on the biosorption of fulvic acid Were studied. The results showed that fulvic acid can be adsorbed by Aspergillus fumigatus mycelial pellets. The culture age of mycelial pel- lets is able to affect the biosorption capacity, which decreased at culture age over 3 d. The aging degree of mycelia has a great impact on the biosorption of fulvic acid and the biosorption capacity was the highest by using fresh mycelial pellets cultured for 3 d. High or low concentration of glucose cultured mycelia pellets could not be the biosorption of fulvic acid while the best glucose mass concentration was 10 g/L. Due to the different carbon medium, the growth of Aspergillus fumigatus mycelial pellets as well as the mycelium pellets structure and components were varied which resulting in the different mycelial dry mass and biosorption capacity of fulvic acid. Sucrose could be a good cultivation carbon resource. The fresh mycelium pel- lets cultivated for 3 days in culture media containing 10 g/L of glucose mass concentration has recorded a good biosorption ability of fulvic acid, which was 5.79 mg/g.
