传统切除术与超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统治疗乳腺纤维腺瘤的对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比研究乳腺纤维腺瘤经传统切除术与超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统治疗的疗效,探讨超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统在乳腺良性肿块治疗中的应用价值。方法 400例乳腺纤维腺瘤患者分别应用传统切除术及超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、术后恢复情况。结果超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切组手术时间短、术后恢复快、住院时间短、手术创伤小、术后并发症少,其效果明显优于传统手术组。结论临床应用超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切治疗乳腺良性肿块适用范围广、定位准确、创伤小、疗效好、切口美观、术后并发症少,是年轻女性,尤其是多发性肿块患者较为理想的治疗方法。Objective To comparative study the therapeutic effect of traditional excision and Mammotome system minimally invasive excision in treatment of breast fibroadenoma, and to evaluate the clinical application value of ultrasound - guided Mammotome system in treatment of benign breast lesions. Methods Four hundred patients with breast fibroadenoma were treated by traditional excision and Mammotome system minimally invasive excision. Then the therapeutic effect and postoperative recovery of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The operative time, postoperative recovery time and stay in hospital time were shorter, surgical wound and postoperative complication were less in ultrasound - guided Mammotome group than in traditional group. Conclusion Excision of breast lesions by ultrasound - guided Mammotome system is a safe, minimally invasive, convenient,effective and feasible method in treatment of breast fibroadenoma.
