摘 要:目的探讨低温微波-硝酸快速脱钙方法对骨、牙齿及其他钙化组织的脱钙效果。方法实验组采用"低温微波-硝酸快速脱钙"方法脱钙,对照组采用室温(20℃)硝酸脱钙液脱钙,硝酸脱钙液的浓度均为10%。应用HE染色,显微镜下观察染色效果。结果低温微波-硝酸快速脱钙方法与室温(20℃)硝酸脱钙液脱钙比较,前者能得到一张高质量的HE切片。结论低温微波-硝酸快速脱钙能在短时间内获得满意的染色效果。Objective To investigate the effect of decalcification with low-temperature microwave (MW) and nitric acid (NA)on the bone, teeth and other calcified tissue. Methods Experimental group at the rapid decalcification with low-temperature microwave and nitrate acid; The control group at the nitric acid decalcification with room temperature (20℃), Decalcification solution of nitric acid concentration was 10%. The HE staining results were observed by the microscope. Results Compared the rapid decalcification with low-temperature microwave and nitrate acid to the nitric acid decalcification with room temperature (20℃ ), the former can get a slice of high-quality HE. Conclusion Rapid decalcification with low-temperature microwave and nitrate acid could get very staining results within a short time.
