彩超引导下肝穿刺碘伏联合完全福氏佐剂硬化治疗肝囊肿40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨彩超引导下肝穿刺碘伏联合完全福氏佐剂硬化治疗肝囊肿的疗效和安全性。方法 80例肝囊肿患者均在彩超引导下接受肝囊肿穿刺硬化治疗,按注入硬化剂的不同随机分成对照组40例和观察组40例,对照组注入无水乙醇,观察组注入碘伏联合完全福氏佐剂,术后6个月应用彩超观察术后囊肿萎缩情况。结果 80例患者均一次穿刺成功,术后6个月,观察组的治愈率和总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论彩超引导下肝穿刺碘伏联合完全福氏佐剂硬化治疗肝囊肿疗效优于无水乙醇法,且安全性更好。Objective To explore the effi cacy and safety of Iodophor joint complete Freund＇s adjuvant on the treatment of liver cysts in the color Doppler ultrasound guided liver biopsy. Methods 80 cases of liver cyst patients received liver puncture and sclerosis in Color Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy. They were randomly divided into the control group of 40 patients and the observation group of 40 patients by injection of different sclerosing agents, The control group received anhydrous ethanol injection. The observation group received injection of iodine combined complete Freund＇s adjuvant. The degree of atrophy cyst were observed application of color Doppler ultrasound in 6 months after surgery. Results 80 patients were success in the first puncture, 6 months after surgery,The cure rate and the total effective of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group （P0.05）; The adverse reaction rates of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion It is more effective than anhydrous ethanol that the therapeutic effect of Iodophor joint complete Freund＇s adjuvant on the treatment of liver cysts in the color Doppler ultrasound guided liver biopsy, and better security.
