新建本科院校办学特色项目同质化倾向及其改善

摘　　要：很多同类新建本科院校在办学特色项目上有着明显的同质化倾向。其归因有这样几个方面:办学特色项目所在的办学理想和价值追求趋同、办学特色项目所依的现实载体和外在表象趋同、办学特色项目的形成基础和建设过程趋同、办学特色项目的评价指标和评估体系趋同。为此,多样化办学特色的建设需注意:准确定位以明确办学特色增长点、合理嫁接以发扬传统办学特色、科学评估以引导办学特色多样化发展。Many similar newly-built undergraduate universities in school-running features obvious homogeneity on projects.The attribution such aspects： the school and value pursuit in reality,the convergence of the carrier and the external representation,forming the basis and the construction of convergence,the evaluation index and assimilation process evaluation system of convergence.Therefore,diversified school-running features of construction should note： accurate positioning to clear characteristics and reasonable grafting to develop traditional features,scientific assessment to guide the development of diversified school-running features,construction of special teachers by carrying characteristic project development.
