摘  要:在基于输出电流平均法建立弧焊逆变电源开环传递函数,通过PI闭环反馈控制实现恒值输出的基础上,应用输出电感动态快速反馈控制降低弧焊动态过程对电源的输出电流冲击,实现了控制模式的优化。实践证明,该控制模式合理、有效,保证了弧焊逆变电源工作的稳定性和可靠性。In this paper,the open-loop model of inverter type arc welding power source is established based on the averaging method of output current and the constant output (current or voltage)is realized through PI closed-loop feedback control.After that, the excessive output current of power source during welding dynamic procedure is decreased by high-speed dynamic control through the feedback of the signal on output inductance.This makes the control mode optimized.The experiments show that this control mode is rational and effective which ensures the operating stability and reliability of inverter type arc welding power source.
