民族预科生“三自”素质培养研究——以怀化学院为例

摘　　要：民族预科生的"三自"素质指自信、自立、自强的心理和思想素质。民族预科生基于多种原因,相对于普通本科生,是一般意义上的后进生,怀化学院"三自"素质的培养,把预科学生一个弱势群体,培养成为学校最优秀的群体,被誉为"预科现象"、"预科精神"。"三自"素质培养是一项系统工程,贯穿于人才培养模式、课程体系、课程内容、实训项目、教学方法、课外能力素质拓展活动的全方位全过程。预科群体的培养模式,可资后进生的转化借鉴。The National Matriculation students＂three-self＂refers to the quality of self-confidence,self-reliance,self-psychological and ideological qualities.National Matriculation students on a variety of reasons,as opposed to regular undergraduate students,is the general sense of backward students,Huaihua＂Three-Self＂Quality Education,the Matriculation a vulnerable group of students to cultivate the best groups in the school,known as＂Pre-phenomenon＂,＂Pre-spirit.＂.＂Three-Self＂Quality training is a systematic project,run through the training mode,curriculum,course content,training programs,teaching methods,extra-curricular activities,all-round ability and quality of the whole process of development.Pre-group training model,students can be transformed backward reference information.
