摘　　要：目的探讨超声生物显微镜(UBM)在眼前段微小异物的诊断和定位中的临床意义。方法用UBM对7例(7眼)怀疑眼前段微小异物者诊断、定位,经手术将异物取出后证实与术前诊断、定位一致。结果 7例(7眼)UBM定位后,异物被顺利取出。结论 UBM诊断和定位眼前段微小异物有重要的临床意义和价值。Objective To explore the significance of ultrasound biomicroscopy on diagnosing and locating anterior eyes mini -foreign body. Methods Totally 7 cases （7eyes） were diagnosed and their positions were located by ultrasound biomicroscopy. It was proved that diagnosis and location were true after surgerying. Results All the mini - foreign bodies were taken out successfully after being located by ultrasound biomicroscopy. Conclusion That ultrasound biomicroscopy diagnosed and located mini -foreign body anterior eyes had great significance and value.
