后腹腔镜下肾癌根治性切除术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨后腹腔镜下肾癌根治性切除的疗效。方法对26例肾癌患者行后腹腔镜肾癌根治性切除术,肿瘤大小1～5cm,平均3.2cm。术前分期T1N0M010例,T2N0M016例。结果手术时间60～150min,平均105min,出血量50～800ml,平均120ml。中转开腹1例,原因为肾静脉损伤出血。随访6～36个月,26例均无瘤生存。结论后腹腔镜下肾癌根治术切口小,恢复快,效果好,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of retroperitoneoscopic radical nephrectomy. Methods From October 2003 to May 2010, 26 patients underwent retroperitoneoscopic radical nephrectomy in our department. The tumors sized 1 -5 cm （mean 3.2cm）in diameter. Before the operation, 10 patients were in stage T1N0M0, 16 in stage T2N0M0. Results The operation time was 60 - 150 min（mean 105min）, and the blood loss was 50 -800ml（mean 120ml ）. 1 patients were converted to open surgery. Because of hemmrrhage caused by the injury of renal artery. The patients were followed up for 6 - 36 months, 26patients survived without tumor. Conclusion Retroperitoneoscopic radical neprectomy is mini - invasive and effective for renal carcinoma. The patients recover quickly after the surgery. The procedure is worth being wildly used.
