摘　　要：目的探讨胃原发性恶性淋巴瘤的临床特点,提高对该病的认识。方法报告商丘市中心医院普外科1996～2009年期间收治的10例胃原发性恶性淋巴瘤,其中ⅠE期4例,ⅡE期3例,ⅢE期2例,Ⅳ期1例。该组病例术前确诊仅3例。结果误诊原因与本病发病率低,缺乏特异的临床表现,X线钡餐及胃镜征象与胃癌或溃疡酷似有关。结论对于胃原发性淋巴瘤没有统一和公认的最佳治疗方案,但其总体趋势是采用以手术治疗为主的综合治疗。Objective To know the character of primary gastric malignant lymphoma （PGML） . Methods The incidence of PGML was 1.9% of gastric malignancies during the same period. There were 4 cases in stage Ⅰ ,3 in stage Ⅱ ,2 in stage m ,and lin stage IV. Results The preoperative diagnosis of PGML was difficult because the incidence of PGML is low. Conclusion The symptoms are nonspecific ,and the radiologic and fibrogastroscopic character were very similar to those gastric carcinoma and peptic ulcer disease. The surgical of PGML is disccused.
