摘  要:目的研究脑卒中患者早期肠内营养对改善患者营养状况、促进恢复、减少并发症及降低费用等方面的作用。方法将100例脑卒中患者随机分为早期肠内营养(EN,n=50)组、肠外营养(PN,n=50)组。分别对2组患者测定10d血清白蛋白、血糖、及并发症发生率、预后等进行统计分析。结果 EN组血清白蛋白、血糖、及并发症发生率、预后与PN组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。而各组谷丙转氨酶、胆红素、尿素氮、肌酐、血糖、胆固醇和甘油三酯、均无显著差异。结论早期肠内营养能明显改善脑卒中患者营养不良状况,促进恢复及减少并发症发生率,减少治疗费用。Objective To study the effect of stroke patients early enteral nutrition to improve nutritional status, promote the patient recover, reduce the complications and to reduce cost, etc. Methods One hundred cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into early enteral nutrition ( n = 5 ) EN group, parenteral nutrition ( n = 5 ) PN, group. 2 sets of patients serum albumin, determination of glucose of 10 days, and complications and prognosis were statistically analyzed. Results EN group, blood glucose, and serum albumin complications, prognosis has significant difference compared with PN group (P 〈 0. 05). But each alanine aminotransferase and bilirubin, urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, blood sugar and cholesterol and triglycerides has no significant difference. Conclusion early enteral nutrition can obviously improve the malnutrition in patients with cerebral apoplexy, promote restoration and reducing complications, reduce costs.
