摘  要:应用XTEM技术及XRD观察了不同基体材料表面上离子镀ICr18Ni9Ti不锈钢膜的生长形貌及相结构.结果表明不同结构的基体材料对膜层组织结构有重要影响,在低碳钢表面首先形成单相bCC结构,而在奥氏体不锈钢表面则先形成fcc结构.随膜层厚度的增加,两者都变成fcc+bcc双相结构.The microstructure of ion-plated 1Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel film on various substrates were stud-ied by XRD and X-TEM. The results showed that the substrates had important effects on the microstructure of stainless steel film. On the substrate of Q235 steel (bcc). the bcc phase was formed firstly. On the substrate of 1Crl8Ni9Ti (fee), the fee phase was formed firstly. Fee + bcc dual phase structure was formed on both substrates as film thickness increases.
