抑郁证核心症状、其他症状在中医辨证分型的分布规律

摘　　要：目的分析抑郁症各证候类型中核心症状及其他症状的构成情况,为研究抑郁症常见中医证候标准及证治规律提供依据。方法对入组的抑郁症患者进行了中医辨证及证候指标调查,分析各证候类型中核心症状及其他症状的构成比例。结果核心症状、其他症状在抑郁症5个证型中的分布存在差异。结论证明了抑郁症临床证型的客观存在,以及中医辨证论治和西医症状的相关性、较西医学有较突出的优势。Objective To analyze the constitution of depression＇s core symptoms and other symptoms in TCM syndrome types,provide a basis for the research of common TCM syndrome standard and treatment regulation in depression.Method Investigate the TCM diagnosis and syndrome indicators of depression patients,analyze the proportion of core symptoms and other symptoms in TCM syndrome types.Result There is a differentiation in five depression＇s TCM syndrome types of the core symptoms and other symptoms.Conclusion The TCM syndrome types of the depression is objective,the TCM diagnosis and treatment are associated with clinical syndromes.
