摘　　要：调查显示,在广东省产业朝向世界产业链高端进发的时代背景下,广东省经济社会发展对高技能人才提出了更大的需求,具体表现为,在岗位上对营销人员、专业技术人员、研发人员等需求量大,在专业上对高新技术相关专业和信息技术相关专业人才需求大,在人才类型上对专业性和创新性人才等需求量大,在综合素质上对计算机能力、外语能力、工作经验、职业素养等都有较高要求。基于以上调查结果,高职院校在人才培养中应进一步加强校企合作,重视培养学生的实践能力和综合职业素质。Investigation show that, under the background of the industries of Guangdong province developing towards high end of industry chain of the world, the economic and social development of Guangdong province puts forward high demand for high-skilled talents. Materially, in the aspect of posts, the marketing personnel, specialty technical personnel and research personnel are needed urgently; in the aspect of specialty, it put forward great demand for the talents of high technology specialty and information technology specialty; in the aspect of talent type, it put forward huge demand for specialty and innovative talents; in the aspect of comprehensive quality, it put forward great demand for computer abilities, foreign langnage abilities, working experiences and professional quality. Based on the above outcome, higher vocational schools should further strengthen school and enterprise cooperation in talent cultivation and pay attention to cultivate students＇ practice abilities and comprehensive professional qualities.
