摘　　要：奥琦玮公司是一家处于起步阶段的电子信息领域的高科技创业企业。奥琦玮公司的创业团队在对相关产品和市场进行深入研究和探索后,最终选择了电子菜单市场,并逐步探索出了适合自身发展的商业模式和发展战略,取得了初步的成功。但是,公司的产品及商业模式很快被竞争者所效仿。面对挑战,公司管理者将公司的发展规划进一步细化落实,并决定进行融资。新创企业在既定的战略下遇到危机之后,如何调整自己的策略加以应对以及如何选择相应的创业融资方式,以实现企业的健康成长,是本案例分析的核心内容。Acewill Information Technology（Beijing）Co Ltd is an early-stage high-tech startup in information industry.After serious study and exploration of different entrepreneurial opportunities,the entrepreneurial team finally chose the electronic menu as the target market.They achieved some preliminary success in the product development,marketing and sales.However,their products and business model were quickly imitated by the followers.Facing the new big challenge,this entrepreneurial team reconsidered the firm strategy and decided to seek entrepreneurial financing.What kind of strategy and financing they should choose to achieve healthy growth of the firm are the key questions to be discussed.
