探究理工高校人文素质培养的有效途径

摘　　要：人文素质培养在理工高校大学生素质教育中占有重要地位。本文提出了人文素质的内涵,分析了现在理工高校人文素质培养存在的问题和原因,并从转变思想观念、构建科学课程体系、提高教师综合素质、加强网络文化建设、提升学生人文品位等方面探究理工高校人文素质培养的有效途径。Humanistic quality occupies an important position in the students quality education. This paper presents the Connotation of humanistic quality,and analysis the current problems and the reasons for training. Then it explores effective methods of training Humanistic quality in university of science and technology,by changing ideas,building a scientific curriculum,improving the overall quality of teachers,strengthening culture of the network construction,grading students’ humanities and so on.
