高职院校学生素质的初步培养

摘　　要：随着就业压力的增长,我们发现许多本科院校毕业的毕业生其就业形势甚至低于职业技术类毕业生,从这方面来看,我国现在最紧缺的就是具有实践经验和具体操作能力的人员。但我们也要清醒地意识到高职学生的不足之处,积极应对,找出有效的教育方式,最重要的是要大力培养高职学生的综合素质。As the employment pressure increase,we found that many college graduates graduate employment situation even under the professional technical graduates.From this perspective,China faces the problem of the shortage of experience and concrete operation ability,but we also should know that higher vocational students’ deficiencies,find out the effective ways of education,the most important is to cultivate students’ comprehensive quality.
