摘 要:目的探讨川芎嗪对失血性休克过程中脑代谢的保护作用。方法建立兔失血性休克模型,随机分为假手术组(对照组)、休克组、灌注组和灌注+川芎嗪组4组,每组8只。休克组于休克2 h时,灌注组、灌注+川芎嗪组在干预2 h时检测脑组织中琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、ATP酶活性,血浆和脑组织髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性及丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、乳酸(LD)含量,血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性,组间分别进行比较。结果脑组织中SDH、ATP酶活性在休克组、灌注组与对照组比较均显著降低(P均<0.01),灌注+川芎嗪组与休克组、灌注组比较明显升高(P均<0.01)。休克组脑组织和血清中LD含量较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),而灌注+川芎嗪组较休克组及灌注组明显降低(P<0.05);脑组织和血清中MDA含量、MPO活性,脑组织中NO含量及血清中LDH活性在休克组、灌注组中较对照组均显著升高(P均<0.01),灌注+川芎嗪组较休克组及灌注组明显降低(P均<0.01)。结论川芎嗪对失血性休克代谢障碍及脑组织细胞具有显著的保护作用。Objective It is to observe the protective effects of Salidroside on brain metabolism in hemorrhagic shock.Methods 32 rabbit models of hemorrhagic shock were established and randomly divided into four groups: the sham operation group(Group A,n=8),the hemorrhagic shock group(Group B,n=8),the intravenous injection group(Group C,n=8) and the intravenous injection and salidroside group(Group D,n=8).2 hours after treated were given to each group respectively,the activity of succinate dehydrogenase(SDH) and ATPase in the brain tissue,the levels of myeloperoxidase(MPO),malondialdehyde(MDA),nitric oxide(NO) and lactate(LD) in the serum and brain tissue,and the level of LDH in the serum were measured carefully.Results Compared with Group A,the activity of SDH and ATPase in the brain tissue of Group B and Group C were decreased significantly(P0.01),but in Group D,the levels of these two enzymes were higher than that in Group B and Group C(P0.01).The levels of LD in the brain tissue and serum of Group B were increased significantly than Group A(P0.01),whereas decreased in Group D obviously than Group B and Group C(P0.05).The levels of NO in the brain tissue,LDH in serum,MDA and MPO in both tissues of Group B and Group C were higher than those of Group A(P0.01),all of them were lowered greatly in Group D than Group B and Group C(P0.01).Conclusion Salidroside has notable protective effect effects on the metabolism disorders and the injury of brain cells from hemorrhagic shock.
