白龙灵沙汤对S180瘤小鼠血管内皮生长因子影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药复方白龙灵沙汤对荷S180瘤小鼠血管的微血管密度及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法小鼠右腋部皮下接种制作S180瘤模型后,随机分为5组,分别给予生理盐水、参芪片、白龙灵沙汤高、中、低剂量灌胃,运用免疫组化方法对S180瘤的抑瘤率及对S180瘤中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的表达、微血管密度(MVD)等有关指标进行检测和分析。结果白龙灵沙汤对S180瘤具有较好抑瘤作用并呈剂量依赖关系;白龙灵沙汤和参芪片均能抑制S180瘤组织的MVD,且白龙灵沙汤呈剂量依赖关系;白龙灵沙汤对S180瘤组织中VEGF表达有明显抑制作用。结论白龙灵沙汤有抗肿瘤生长的作用,可抑制肿瘤血管生成,降低MVD,抑制VEGF的表达。Objective It is to observe the influence of of Bailonglingshatang（BLLST） on depressing carcinoma vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） and microvessel density（MVD） in mice with S180 sarcoma.Methods The tumor models were established by injecting S180 sarcoma under the mouse armpit skin of its right forearm and divided into 5 groups,and treated with NS,Shenqipian and BLLST in low,middle,high does by intragastric administration.The expressions of VEGF and MVD in tumor tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The anti-tumor effect of BLLST on S180 sarcoma was well and had dose dependent;the MVD in S180 sarcoma were inhibited by BLLST and Shenqipian,and had dose dependent in BLLST;BLLST has apparente inhibited effects on the expression of VEGF in S180 sarcoma.Conclusion BLLST has anti-tumor effect,it can inhibit angiogenesis,down-regulate MVD and inhibit the expression of VEGF.
