28例残胃癌的手术治疗

摘　　要：[目的]探讨残胃癌外科治疗。[方法]回顾性总结5年来收治的28例残胃癌的手术治疗效果。[结果]本组28例残胃癌根治性切除率为53.57%,姑息性切除率为17.86%,根治性切除术后1年、3年、5年生存率分别为86.67%、53.33%、33.33%。[结论]根治性全胃切除是残胃癌的主要治疗手段,也是影响其生存率的关键。[Objective] To discuss the surgical treatment of gastric stump cancer.[Methods] The surgical treatment effects of 28 cases with gastric stump cancer in recent 5 years were retrospectively analyzed.[Results] In the 28 cases,the rad-ical resection rate was 53.57% and the palliative resection rate was 17.86%.The 1-,3-,and 5-year survival rates of radical resection was 86.67%,53.33%,and 33.33%,respectively.[Conclusion] Radical total gastrectomy is the main treatment for the gastric stump cancer.
