复方六月青对肝纤维化大鼠血清学指标影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方六月青(CLYQ)对肝纤维化大鼠血清学指标影响。方法采用四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)法检测CLYQ对肝纤维化大鼠血清学指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、羟脯氨酸(Hyp)、透明质酸(HA)和金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)的变化。结果与模型对照组比较,高剂量CLYQ组大鼠血清SOD活力(142.59±9.80)U/mL明显升高(P<0.01);高剂量CLYQ组大鼠血清MDA、Hyp、HA和TIMP-1含量分别为(2.28±0.43)nmol/mL、(6.53±0.77)μg/mL、(111.16±23.89)ng/mL和(2180.69±278.02)pg/mL,明显低于对照组(P<0.01);并呈现剂量效应关系。结论 CLYQ通过抑制脂质过氧化和降低胶原合成,发挥抗肝纤维化作用。Objective To study the effect of compound Liuyueqing（CLYQ） on serological indexes in hepatic fibrosis rats.Methods Hepatic fibrosis model of Sprague-Dawley rats were induced by CCl4.The serum superoxide dismutase（SOD）,malondialdehyde（MDA）,hydroxyproline（Hyp）,hyaluronic acid（HA）,and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1（TIMP-1） were detected with enzyme linked immunoabsorbent assay（ELISA）.Results Compared with the model control group,the activity of SOD in the serum was increased significantly in all CLYQ groups（P 0.01） and the serological SOD activity was 142.59 ± 9.80 U /mL in the high dose CLYQ group.The contents of MDA,Hyp,HA and TIMP-1 in the ser-um decreased significantly in all CLYQ groups（P 0.01 or P 0.05）.The serological MDA,Hyp,HA and TIMP-1 con-tents was 2.28 ± 0.43nmol/mL,6.53 ± 0.77 μg /mL,111.16 ± 23.89ng /mL,and 2 180.69 ± 278.02 pg /mL in the high dose CLYQ group,respectively,with dose-effect relationship.Conclusion CLYQ can suppress lipid peroxidation and re-duce the collagen synthesis.Hence CLYQ has obvious anti-hepatic fibrosis effect.
