摘　　要：介绍了彩色印刷品质量在线检测的机器视觉系统、印刷品质量检测软件及其处理流程,并通过试验证明了该软件有较高的处理速度和精度。探讨了2种彩色图像分色处理的方法、优缺点以及适应领域;介绍了2种常用的模板匹配算法,并根据试验结果,提出了在印刷品质量检测中,模板匹配算法的优化应以提高速度为主。The authors introduced the machine vision system in online detection of color print quality,the print quality detection software and its processing flow.It was proved by tests that the software had relatively high processing speed and precision.The method,advantage and disadvantage of two ways of color separation for color image as well as their applicable domain were discussed.Two kinds of frequently-used model match algorithm were introduced,according to the test result,it was put forward that increasing speed shall be given priority to for the optimization of model match algorithm in detection of print quality.
