摘　　要：如何加强新建地方本科院校行政管理人员的素质,更好地为学院的教学科研服务,是当前新建地方本科院校行政管理人员队伍建设迫切需要解决的一大问题。文章阐述了加强行政管理人员队伍建设的重要性,分析了管理人员队伍建设中存在的问题,并对此队伍建设的途径提出解决措施和方案。It is a pressing problem for the administrative staff in a newly-built local university to enhance their qualities to serve the teachers better in teaching and scientific research.This paper first elaborates on the great importance of building a powerful team of administrative staff,then analyzes the problems in building such a team,and finally,put forward the ways to build it and some measures to solve the problems.
