司法考试冲击法学本科教育的原因及对策

摘　　要：我国实行统一司法考试后,司法考试对法学本科教育的传统模式形成了很大冲击。产生这一现象的主要原因在于人们把司法考试对法科学生能力的评价作用过于绝对化。法学本科教育应对司法考试冲击的策略应是以确保培养法科学生专业素养的法学教育为前提,努力提高学生司法考试通过率。After the unified judicial certificate examination system practiced,the traditional pattern of LLB education has been impacted seriously.The mostly cause of the impact is that the function of the judicial certificate examination which estimating the ability of law major has been absolute excessively.The countermeasures to the impact should be improving the pass rate in the judicial examination,on the base of insuring the quality of the law major education.
