奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗上消化道溃疡出血的疗效及不良反应评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗上消化道溃疡出血的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:回顾性分析2008年12月～2009年6月我院收治的上消化道溃疡出血患者90例的临床资料,所有患者随机分为两组各45例,对照组采用泮托拉唑钠治疗,观察组采用奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为95.6%,明显高于对照组的82.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:应用奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗上消化道溃疡出血疗效安全、可靠,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the efficacy and adverse reactions of Omeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coared Tablets in the treatment of bleeding of gastroduodenal ulcer.Methods： From December 2008 to June 2009 in our hospital,the clinical data of 90 cases with bleeding of gastroduodenal ulcer were retrospectively analyzed,all patients were randomly di-vided into two groups,each of 45 patients,the control group treated with Pantoprazole sodium,the observation group treat-ed with Omeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coared Tablets.Results： The total effective rate of observation group was 97.62%,it was significantly higher than 82.2% of the control group,there was significant difference between two groups（P 0.05）.There was no significant adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion： Omeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coared Tablets in the treatment of bleeding of gastroduodenal ulcer is safe,reliable,worthy of clinical application.
