摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在卵巢上皮性癌(EOC)组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法运用免疫组织化学法检测10例正常卵巢组织、20例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤(EOT)组织以及50例EOC组织中MMP-2的表达情况,并与临床特征进行相关性分析。结果 MMP-2表达的阳性率在正常卵巢组织为10%、良性EOT组织为35%和EOC组织为76%,MMP-2在EOC组织的阳性率显著高于良性EOT组织和正常卵巢组织(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2在EOC组织中高表达,与EOC的发生、发展和复发有关,可作为判断EOC进展及恶性程度的参考指标之一。Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of MMP-2 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma（EOC） tissues.Methods The expressions of MMP-2 in normal ovaries tissues（n=10）,benign epithelial ovarian tumor（EOT） tissues（n=20） and EOC tissues（n=50） were detected by the immunohistochemistry assay,and analyzed the relationships with the clinical features.Results The positive rate of MMP-2 expression was 10%（1/10） in normal ovaries tissues,35%（7/20） in benign EOT tissues and 76%（38/50） in EOC tissues.The positive rate was highest in EOC tissues.The expression of MMP-2 was significant positively correlated with clinical stage,differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis and recurrence in EOC tissues.Conclusions MMP-2 highly expresses in EOC tissues,which is probably related with occurrence,development and recurrence of EOC.
